Why does delivery take longer than standard fast-fashion shipping

Sitora pieces move through a slower, more intentional process. Many garments involve handwork, finishing, and inspection after your order is placed, which is part of what gives them their character.

What is your return policy

Eligible orders may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and original tags remain attached. Sale items are final sale. Full refunds are reserved for defective or incorrect items.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect

Please record a clear unboxing video when opening your parcel and send it to hello@sitora.com. This is required for claim review.

How should I choose my size

Visit our Size Guide. All measurements shown there are garment measurements in inches. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Are Sitora garments authentic

Yes. Sitora sources through South Asian maker and artisan networks, with close attention to fabric, embroidery, finish, and silhouette.

Do you ship internationally

Not at this stage. Sitora currently serves customers in the United States.
